What is the pace, flow, and style of Sadhana yoga?

We call our style of yoga Sadhana Yoga because we emphasize yoga as a spiritual practice. We teach two variations, one is similar to ashtanga vinyasa, and is quick and strong. We also teach a hatha based version, which is more meditative and holding the poses a long time. Our yoga is a blend of what we have learned from others. It is changing as well. It is always Sadhana, a spiritual practice.

I looked at the sample daily agenda…how many actual hours of yoga would we be doing a day?

We try to do asana in the morning, a full class followed by workshop (2.5 hours total). Then in the afternoon we do 2 hours of asana workshop. So total asana each day could be up to 2 hours in a class and an additional 2.5 hours workshop.
